General description

Phenyl vinylsulfonate is an ester. Palladium complex derived from a tetraphosphine-catalyzed Heck vinylation of phenyl vinylsulfonate was reported.[1] Phenyl vinyl sulfonate reacts with various alkyl furan derivatives to yield the corresponding cycloadducts.[2]
